  • i always read your routine in that muscle and fitness magazine. your program is pure genius. who goes from 545x5 to 700x5 squat!! nuts!! I too have a routine I made up that is giving my the best results with a year of training under my belt. I deadlifted 635 to knees and was going for 700 until I burnt myself out. A year ago I deadlifted 365 weighing the same. now I made a routine that cannot fail. ill post you the link on facebook. i added you on facebook so we can discuss training. stay strong

  • @talder123 The only routine worth of mentioning is what you eat, how much and how offten. Anything else is pointless. In the long run it just doesn't matter. Dedication, injury free way of life will take youu there. Training routine unless it's completely dump means nothing. Solid food, dedication, good health is what matters.

  • @talder123 How do you "make up" a routine? I read that issue of M&F & am now using that routine & it's awesome. But I don't know how Chad Smith came up with those SPECIFIC percentages or the # of sets at each percentage. I'll probably buy that e-book he's selling.

  • You would squat a million if you bought some real lifting shoes. Some Adidas Olympic Weightlifting shoes would feel perfect with your squat form. I think you can justify the purchase.
