Cancer is easily preventable!? So is the flu (Wash hands, stay indoors, etc.) How can I EASILY prevent cancer, millions others would like to know also.
Don't smoke, eat a variety of fruits and vegetables, stay active while maintaining a constant weight, watch sun exposure, avoid risky behaviors that cause many cancers like HPV, HIV, and hepatitis which put people at a greater risk of certain cancers, proper screenings.
Not everything like cancer is preventable, but you can certainly greatly reduce your risk of developing certain cancers particularly by not smoking and making healthy lifestyle choices.
We are so far gone that the voice of reason is on the fringe.
