I can read Thais because Thai alphabets and Thai vowels are Khmer. Thai alphabets have no topscript. King Rakamheing took all topscript out of Thai alphabets to make a bit different from Khmer, but Khmers still recognize Khmer origin of Thai. Khmers use a lot of subscript below of alphabet to spell and Thais use a lot of alphabet side to alphabet to spell. Thais cant read Khmer because Thais are not the creator of the Khmer alphabets and the Khmer that Thai use.

Fuck, again, Khmer Sanskrit and Khmer Pali were crated by Khmer ancestor Indian-Khmers in SEA and Khmers owned them.
English don't claim Latin, but Thais claimed Khmer. Of course it's Khmer alphabet and Khmer vowel which is Aksar Ar with a vowel of Srak Ei, Aksar Khar, Aksar Var with Srak Ah and Aksar Yar អីខវាយ อีควาย

Fuck, English never claimed Latin belonging to English, but Thais claimed Khmer belonging to Thais thats make Thai thieves stealing Khmer alphabet, Khmer vowels and Khmer numerals. Its easy for Khmers to learn Thais because Thai alphabet, Thai vowels and Thai numerals are Khmers.
