just fyi some of these exercises can be very dangerous. Always do these kind of shoulder isolation exercises with just the weight of your arm the first couple of times. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone going over 5lbs on these either. & these aren't like power exercises... so 4-6 rep range wouldn't be a good idea either.
I injured my shoulder a while ago also... & another good workout is the T,Y,W (or w\e...) Lying on a physio ball or standing with bent knees & leaned over

2 weeks ago I was in the gym. I was hitting 315 no problem. A kid in the gym saw me struggling with the right had as I always do, I had it but he touched the one side. Just a little bit pushing all the weight to the other shoulder. a week later same things happens, with the 405 This time I could hear the muscle rip or tear . Always have a proper spot dont let a nub touch it from the side.
I have found out in the past few weeks I can learn a lot from you guys, (Power Lifters) Met 2 in my local gym and in just a month my weights are jumping up faster than ever. Dude show me true box squats the other day and it liked to kill me.

Cool, I've done similar excersizes and it helps my shoulders when benching.

Good lookin out def going to use a few of these. Got scoped about a year and a half ago... sometimes i forget to keep up with the rehab.

when would be the best time to do these prevention exercises? Before training? After training? How many sets and reps?

Use these exercises to tighten, strengthen the ligaments and muscles around your shoulder girdel. it may help it from comming out of the socket.

Yes, I prefer to do them to prevent an injury, so I won't have to call them rehad exercises. know what I mean?
