what's with the titling issue? why is it that just in north america it's called resident evil?...well, resident evil is definitely a more original and interesting name than biohazard, but i guess biohazard makes more sense with the story. bioweapons, biohazard. you get the idea.

@NICKREAPER316 Basic? Maybe. But it's simple and effective. Resident Evil sounds like an horrible movie (see the live action flicks for example =P) and only applies to the first game anyway (regarding the mansion).

And no, the Biohazard name is only for Asia.

i dont have high hopes for this... but hopefully it will be a horror game. or at least the lost in nightmares scenario. because while RE4 and 5 were good, and VERY fun games they just didn't seem resident evil.. they're more about action. and i miss the good old zombies, hunters ect. i also hope that the camera is not as close to the characters,it can still over the shoulder just not as close, only zooming in if your aiming.

I hope that too, the Lost in Nightmares scenario looks to be quite different from the main RE5 and the setting alone makes it a creepier, more atmospheric adventure than Kijuju. So let's see how it'll turn out, I think it'll be good!

Both. This trailer shows one of the two new story modes (this one is called "Lost In Nightmares". You can get the new content by DLC if you have the original RE5 or buy the Gold Edition (western name for "Alternative Edition") that includes the full RE5 game + Versus + the new story modes, costumes, etc. cheaper than the original game ($49.99).

Basically it's a revamped and rearranged Mercenaries. It's a separate mode with 8 playabale characters, not all of them have been revealed but so far Josh is one of the new ones.

Well ofcourse I am going to say it - and many other people agree. I understand people may like her as a character, but for me. I do not like her, it was a finalé between Chris and Jill because they both hate Wesker for betraying and destroying S.T.A.R.S.

Sheva steps in and "kills" Wesker when Jill was perfectly capable. I also may add that Sheva was added, though CAPCOM say different, to balance the racial attributes. They've admitted Sheva was a last minute adjustment.

Sheva wasn't added last minute, though she wasn't originally your co-op partnet since the game wasn't co-op until after the 2007 trailer. She probably was going to be just your local guide.

I can't find the source right now, but as soon as I can I will post the interview with the developers saying that Sheva was a lastminute thing as a co-op. I love CAPCOM to bits but I knew they were telling lies when they said that they were not adding Sheva to balance racial things and it annoyed me how people could even think it was a God damn racial attack. Chris has always been white, Africans have generally been black. Not hispanic, or even asian.

They have guns, and on the scans there are pots that contain ammo (like the box containers in re4/5), so there will be enemies.
