1 question.if i was caught drink driving whilst traveling for a none payment in return and i caused no injury harm or loss to any third party. have i committed an offense or crime under common law?. please reply as your information would be most helpful. ^_^.
@drunkanmaster A lot of people ask this question. The fact is if there is no injured party, no crime was committed. Yet I would like to state very clearly, that drinking and getting behind the wheel is still very dangerous to public safety.
So no, you didn't commit a crime, but if your actions were considered "dangerous", then you may have breached the peace through your actions.
@Hailthorn ty for your reply. they are trying to charge me with failure to give a specimen of breath!!. i had only had 2cans of beer over a period of 6 hours. i don't agree in drink driving also. but i was beaten once again by 4 police in the cells & took photos of the injury's to my face, wrists, back, & still have no feeling in my right thumb :(.the charge carries a 18 / 24 month driving ban & i blew into there machine slowly & continuously like they asked. what else can i do. :(.
Just a note on consideration. There can not be any lawful consideration in a contract, in terms of money, as there is no lawful money only legal tender.Anyone researching this might want to look at trust law and the law of equity.

NO chance unless they want more riots, they might have bigger guns, but we have bigger hearts, we are protected by Gods armour.
Stay positive my brother, we all can change this world once we learn how to change our inner visions, as our inner becomes outer.
God Bless
