The part you don't understand is that nobody complains about quality yet because we give those 3 countries the tools and innovation. Take away our innovation and they would still be producing 1970s medicine. The point is they have massive waiting periods for access. I am not opposed to any health ideas. It's just I know that socialized health care will fail us all just as the post office, DMV, IRS, Indian Hospitals, Veteran Hospitals, etc. It all comes to long lines at best.

WHO DO YOU THINK PAYS FOR IT NOW? If drunk man w/ no insurance crashes into a pole we don't leave him to die we take care of him and we the taxpayers pay. Now if someone gets cancer and has no insurance or they are dropped or denied insurance because of their condition nowadays they face death or economic ruin. We have close to universal coverage the question is do we want to let a few large corporations control who gets what coverage at what price?

What was the last great Health inovation that france canada or Great Britain have given us. How will the government determine when a new thing is worth paying for? I agree that we need to stop having a monopoly of insurance, but that was caused by over regulation not under. Small companies can't compete. Tax law prevents what laws and regulations dont prevent. Chances are you were against the illegal war in Iraq yet our trusted government got us in it. No I do not trust my government.

The industrialists loved Hitler b/c of the favorable conditions he gave them as well as discarding all workers rights and outlawing unions.
