Loved these guys. Like many I saw them on the bbc performing. Bought the albums and even saw them support that petrol emotion. A weird choice of support band. The crowd hated Hugo Largo and didn't give the chance to play. I left straight after their performance.

I always loved Hugo Largo and I remember seeing this concert footage in the 80s- I remember the dress changes but what I don't recall is Mimis exagerated and hammy face pulling which is slightly ott- still, can't fault the music which is ethereal, haunting and deeply alive, their sound was unique- once heard never fogotten
