Fmaj7 and, I don't know what it's called, but it's a D-something. Finger a standard "D", but leave the high E string open. After the Fmaj7 he does a cool pinky slide on the high E from the 3rd fret to the 5th, G to A, then goes to the other D-whatever chord.
