Im using a registered version of Fraps, @ 60 FPS, recording at full screen. (1920x1200)

Then I just convert the raw video files from fraps to 720p H.264/AVC (.avi) format. Then I join the AVI video clips with an AVI Joiner program.

No, the Video Converter does the HD. You see, Fraps cuts off each video @ 3.90 GB, creating several clips. The AVI Joiner takes all those (.avi) clips, and puts them all into one, big AVI file.

Xilisoft Video Converter Standard, its 30$, but its GREAT! (You can find legit cupons for like 10-20% off online) You can convert to practially ANY video/audio format. Free Converters just don't do it right, lol.

Yes, the Xilisoft Video Converter is EXTREMELY good. You can convert to ANY Audio/Video format, and there are even custom profiles for devices like BlackBerry or the iPhone. I highly reccomend it!
