  • @rojblake82 Oh absolutely! But both of the 60s films were wonderful, different takes on the same fears. I'm just sick of people thinking modern reboots are better, they always miss the originals' overwhelming feelings of dread, replacing them with 'stars' instead of quality actors, and feeling the need to include unnecessary 'spectacle' inevitably falling flat in comparison. Shame it had Carpenter's name attached to it, it started his downward spiral...
