@chinglis - it's not "someone standing there filming nothing," it's a video camera on a vehicle of some kind, hence the perfectly still camera, the technical blah-blah in the top right, and once it happens, you can see the camera jerk up as the vehicle drives up onto the kerb and pulls in... my guess is a police car or something, maybe a taxi

I hate busses. They're slow and the drivers act like they own the road. They always insist on pulling out in front of you, even if there isn't another car behind you for miles. School busses are worse. In the part of PA where I live, they stop at every house, even if they're only a few feet apart. /rant
