  • in all the other 'how it's made videos' about food, there were always chemical tests to ensure quality, the food always goes to a freezer at some point, and there are more machines than humans.

    here, instead of a freezer you got a fan, bottles are filled by hand, and the only quality control is the boss having a taste.

    I love HOT sweet chilli sauce. It's the only way to have it.

    I've got 3 packets of red chillies here and I was looking for something like this to make, keeping the seeds and membrane intact for pleasure.

    I always thought the spiciness came from chewing on the seeds, not the membrane which the seeds are attached to as mentioned in the video.
