I can't believe they canceled it after the fourth book in America. Was a slow story as there wasn't much in it and things like fight scenes and confrontations were drawn out but it was a pretty good read with cool looking characters.

I didn't even see anything about the anime. /=

Though I don't approve of them making him a bright blonde in the anime. I always saw Futaba with dirty blonde hair because on the front of the second volume it looked like a dark yellow with a mix of brown. Oh well...

Sadly, I haven't even acquired the fifth volume. I really wish this would get made into an anime, then those of us who can't finish it would be able to see how Futaba's quest finally ends. It's a really well done story too.

I actually emailed the SIngaporean publisher about it. This is what they said:

"Unfortunately, we have hit a little snag with the licensors with regards to this title, so its been suspended indefinitely. Much as wed like to finish it off (since vol 6 is the last vol.), we are currently unable to give a confirmation on when we can restart this series. Much as we dislike the idea, we would have to recommend that you try alternative publishers if you have them to avoid having to wait too long."

Seriously, the brother's incestuous nature, disturbing obsession, cold heart towards his people... it turns out the good prince is alot worse than the mad prince, a surprising twist considering how he was portrayed in the first volume. I only own the first volume and the rest online up to Chapter 15.... and that is the impression I got lol.

Volume 5 was translated in English, but not in America. I got the 5th volume from some place overseas. The 6th and final volume is only in Japanese as far as I know. I want to get my hands on that one. Maybe find some way to translate it too.

I have volume 5 scanned and sitting in a folder on my hard drive. I never did anything with it because I wasn't happy with how the scans came out. They were slightly tilted and the ink from the other side showed through a little bit. I should just upload them and then let someone else format them. And it is in English.
