Hey mlittleton - I have 2004 maxima with Injen CAI..planning for the magnaflow mufflers..do u know whats the stock inlet size ..is it 2.25 or 2.5..i want to buy an exact fit ,,kind of bolt on installation am looking for..thanks..

Yeah, so i have a 06 Maxima, i have it for a year now. I wanted to get new muffler and resonator, but i don't want it too loud nor too big (Sticking out over the bumber or hanging low under the car) This one sounds perfect and looks great. Can you give me more information on where you bought yours, so that i can get my car looking and sounding great

Yep, I kept factory res. I have a CAI also and it growls VERY nice when I get on it, but for normal driving it's very tame. Perfect.

@mlittleton thats what i love about Magnaflow, they know how to give their exhaust the perfect tone and not have that annoying drone while driving

Sounds really nice....I have magnaflows w/ magna res, I have a lot of cabin noise. Your exhaust sounds somewhat calm did you keep your factory res?
