This isn't the theme he used in the game. It's from the OST album, but not from the game.

This is the theme used in the game, but in the game it is a midi type quality. This theme is used in Supa Buthoden 1 on the Snes, the first fight in story mode, Goku VS Piccolo.

@ReneO93gaming the actual MIDI file can b found in places like vgmusic.com...i think its still there, tho u hav to admit non MIDI versions sound better lol, yay for higher quality ^^
