If ya catch some of his stuff in Portland in the early 90s there was quite a bit of solid stuff there. Scotty Flamingo was really short lived but he had a great match with Brian Pillman for the Cruiserweight belt under t hat gimmick and, we'll agree, Johnny Polo was pretty rough lol.

He played each role very well, but he didn't find the one that would make him famous until Raven in '95. I loved the whole killing off each character when he arrived in ECW.

The theme is bad, but it's so bad, it's good. It was made for the WWF to thumb their nose at the RCMP for filing a lawsuit against The Mountie, which made Jacques Rougeau work under his given name whenever they were up there.

Throw in the fact it's basically The Mountie's second theme but with them saying "We're NOT The Mounties!" and it becomes hillarious. It's that stuff that saves the theme from being purely awful, and it becomes enjoyably awful.
