Dude this rocks nice job! I just started at a Walgreens as a photo tech because I went to college and got a degree (sarcasm intended) and this is applicable today as of 10/1/2011. I can relate to your video. Peace'
Ha! I used to work at a 1 hour photo lab too. I laughed at each step you showed. Man that brought back memories. Seeing nudity pics were the worse. We were told to toss them out.
Very cool to watch kind of a Zen moment for me I work on the exactly the same mini lab.
My guess is someone saw you do this amazing video with no hands and offered
you a great job. Would be cool to know what happened after you left the place
I love working in the lab wish had my own business like that but not enough profit by yourself Walgreen has big ad budget + other things to bring in customers.
Nicely done! The facial expressions and camera angles are great! Your own music too? HPS Seattle area. You forgot to show doing the monthly maintenance :)
HPS # 5846 ....nice job on the Video.. same SHIT different DAY... lol and customers are RUDE!!! but heck what can we do... customers will be customers..
but you forgot all the wonderful people that want a passport picture right when you have 3 rolls due and an internet order with 1000000 pictures is downloading and not letting you process orders and there is a line around the corner for kiosks with people and their whinny bratty kids running around THROWING things at you and all of a sudden you open your drawer and you are out of ones....
oh, and as soon as all that happens, the printer runs out of paper and the film gets jammed in the developer. And to make matters worse, you're the only one who knows how to do any of it.... (I work in the lab also... It's nice to know the pain in shared)
Then the blue...excuse me "Cyan" ink is gushing out from some stupid HP cartridge on the "Ink-O-Dem" and the Noritsu is pissed because you weren't on the "Order Reservation" screen and Fuji is calling wanting you to run another control strip because the Oasis doesn't work just right due to hitting the floor too many times plus that one customer can grasp what failing the "Electrical Test" really means.
whoa... cool video, nice choice of b/w, fits well. you look very bored, your expression is very vacant (except for that spilt second when you give the came a "what" look).
Awesome video! I work at a Sam's Club photo lab, and we got all the fuji equipment too, including the sleeve machine. We got FP563 and Frontier 375. :)

@mcgregwood7 35 mm film really isn't hard to do. The one I don't like is aps. That there's the REAL pain in the ass.
