  • Chocolate! Except that I can't have any on a diet... I usually turn to dry stuff like rusk or something, don't know if that's healthy or not. I've heard it's important to keep eating (little bits of healthy things) all day long, because that way you keep your metabolism and digestion going, which takes energy and helps you lose weight more efficiently. You'll also need and eat less food at regular meals if you keep yourself from getting hungry by eating little (healthy) bits all the time.

  • One thing that's very important is not to weigh yoursef to often, 'cause it's easy to get obsessive. Eat home-made food!!!! Not pre-packaged. Water should be your primary beverage (and 100% juices).

  • i drink lots of water like 1-1 1/2 gallons. and Apple cider vinegar is pretty interesting. you can drink the organic kind like a shot and it's supposed to help you feel fuller and metabolize more fat. But foods...i like alot of fruits and also peanut butter sandwiches lol. but if you're working out alot, you gotta have the protein. :D kickass man!

  • I lost 60 pounds in around 3-4 months, if you really want to lose the weight you are going to have to study a bit, dont measure foods because that leads to failure (you end up getting really bored of doing it) instead just focus on low carbs, and slightly increase protien. also deli meat has to go, take out has to go, canned foods have to go, I also suggest 6 meals a day just smaller. you should eat around every two hours, PB&J is my favourite snack because its cheap.   • @daryn15 pb&j is a good choice? haha... i mean the wheat bread isn't too bad (if that's what you're using) but i can't imagine the peanut butter and jelly being at all good for you and what kind of exercise were you doing to get the weight off so quickly?

  • @TheRealChiefVlogger it isnt bad when you only eat half the sandwich (its a snack) , peanut butter is a very cheap and good source of protien. for the workout part you should warm up with 8-15 minutes of cardio (doesnt have to be hardcore just enough to get you breathing a little heavy, then you will want to do your weightlifting exercises, after you've done that you can either finish with another cardio session or stretching. always leave atleast one day a week for rest.

  • @TheRealChiefVlogger also never workout the same muscles two days in a row. another exercise I did was in my school gym but you can do it on a treadmill i think, you run for about 15 seconds then get off do push ups, then back on again for 15 seconds then sit ups, then back on for another 15 seconds then do some bodyweight squats and repeat, if you want you can increase the cardio and decrease the push ups/sit ups/ BW squats to burn fat, also look for foods with very low sodium.

  • Vegetables are good to help you loose weight. They have no or little calories so you can eat a lot without gaining a lot, also there's lots of fiber, which helps to loose weight.

    It's also good to make sure you're getting all the nutrients you need, like wheat, milk, meat products..

    Also, making your own food and not eating out is better, preparing the food may take longer, but in the end, it'll taste better and be better for you :)

  • You should try the green beans (not in cans), and either boil it or cook it with alittle oil and a small dose of salt. I usually get those pumpkins and cut them into little pieces and put them into boiling water for about 10-20 mins, very good if you ever wunna try them. I had some of my moms cookings with alot of veggies, dunno what kind of food but its darn good.

Stay away from white breads try to eat only whole grain and if your going to eat Asian food stay away from the white rice and eat brown rice instead.

Eat carbs in the morning that way you have all day to burn it off, where as if you eat carbs at night all that simple sugar wont get burned. Eat more protean and veggies towards the end of the day to help your body rebuild after exercise(while sleeping).

  • I just eat healthy in the first place and tend not to be overweight. According to my BMI, I'm in the lower end of my ideal weight by about 4LBS so I should actually put on some pounds. My weight just doesn't change except between full and hungry.

    I go to the grocery store and get chicken, pork roasts and beef roasts. I cut the roasts into chops/steaks. I bake potatoes, BBQ, eat fast food when I'm lazy and don't wanna cook. I eat fish once in a while, my GF doesn't like it but I love it.

    2) Do not weigh yourself everyday because you weight scale isn't telling the entire story. The weight scale will say +1 pound but you might have lost weight but gained muscle and muscle weighs more. Weight can fluctuate up to 10 pounds per day! If you must weigh yourself, do it once a week.

    Like you said, you lost alot of water,dont trust the weight scale that much. Instead, get some sorta tight pants and when they fit right, you will know that you lost fat.

  • Just watch the sodium. I went on a no fat diet. No lie. 0 grams of fat for a week.  i lost SO much weight. Fatfree hot dogs are delicious. i cut them up into little pieces and eat them individually and dip them in ketchup. you can eat 2 fatfree dogs and just make sure u make 20 minutes eating them. it takes 20 minutes for your brain to realize your full. good luck.

    NO fast food. NO soda. No fried shit.

    I've been eating grilled chicken with salad, or just grilled chicken pretty much all the time and drinking water. Both fill me up pretty well and keep me satisfied. The key is to just wait a few minutes after you eat a bit and see how you feel, you'll be surprised when you realize you aren't "still hungry"

The real problem is keeping it off. You have to find a lifestyle that you can live with. For me it's regular visits to the gym or the pool. For you that may not be your thing. Just keep trying and if you fail just remember you have the rest of your life to get it right. Good luck...
