Drivers won't have to worry about encountering her on the road anymore, because she recently died on Nov 5, 2011. She was 69 y/o. I know this stretch of road very well. How incredible that no one was injured, especially because of the rainy conditions. It must have helped that she had the headlights on.

Boy i bet that police officer heard one hell of a story as to why she decided that doing 50+mph on the wrong side of the highway for what looks like quite a few miles was a good idea.

Hope she looses her license. You should be able to submit this video as evidence against her if you contact your local county clerks office, because some one that obviously oblivious to people around her shouldn't be legally allowed on the road way.

My wife was traveling towards her and could not believe her eyes. Despite the best safety features on her Mercedes CL600 , the combined impact would be over 160 M.P.H and would not matter much in the event of a head on collision. This is the 3rd related incident in the Tri-state involving elderly drivers. One must be proactive when driving these days and should never be distracted .Cell phones,smart phones,computers and the like can wait don't you think?
