@malad1 when i make this dish and shop at tesco's, I usually go for the sirloin steak-you get 2 steaks for roughly £3-£4. Its a little more expensive but definately worth the taste! Plus you could grill the second steak and use it the next day for steak sandwich or a asian style beef salad! POW!!
