  • Are there any helpful Argentinians out there who can send me an AUTHENTIC chimichurri recipe?

  • The only thing this woman has of a chef is its clothes. It's not only the wrong recipe of churrasco con chimichurri but also it's an awful recipe. That amount of coriander over a nice piece of meat... What a crime!!!! You just wonder why a poor cow had to die and give its meat to such a disgrace like her. Got to Argentina and learn something, please! Ooooooor you can see this instructive video:

Paste this above after "watch": ?v=c3ggU4pHRjk

  • wrong recipe...AGAIN!!!

  • WHERE THE F@!Ck IS THE OREGANO??!!!! NO OREGANO NO CHIMICHURRI. This is a Disgrace. Next recipie will be the Chilean Taco!!!! What an insult.

  • And she is a Chef???? OMG she does not know how to make an authentic Churrasco with chimichurri sauce. Go to Argentina and visit some restaurant and learn how it is done. Shame on you for putting this woman(chef) to ridicule a Churrasco.

  • My wife is Colombian with daughter who lives in Agentina.

So many grumpy folks who seem jealous you published this fine recipe which in other Spanish Country's that has been tweeked trecipe o fit local customs and needs. We use curasco rub on other meats ,yummy!

Congratulations on giving this secret recipe to the world!!

Nice dish great taste and works best on Flank Steal but also pork & Chicken to date.

Thank You a MILLION Spanish times!!!

    Spanish secret is out. Yummy

  • I do not like the way she cooks

  • Get RID of the doppy host!!!!

  • Thsi is just a big demostration of IGNORANCE about the way the meet is made in the place of the world where they really know how to do it:

EL RIO DE LA PLATA (Argentina y Uruguay)

This so called "recipie" just take some parts of the rigth proces and some wrong names of some of the elements and mix they all in sorry and bad imitation of the real proces. What a demostration of INcivilization.

  • you guys don't know what you're talking about. churrasco is brazilian bbq; chimichurri is an argentinian sauce they use to season their version of the bbq which they call "asado". there's none of either in this video. that steak looks so thin and it's cooked in the oven! no self-respecting chef would call that a churrasco. seriously calling that a churrasco is like calling a parrot a chicken....and the chimichurri looks more like pesto sauce....HORRIBLE! that's not a chef, that's an impostor

  • jwswans,I like your rub and the olive oil first as it sticks to steak and nothing is wasted or falls off.

We also are excited at using white wine vinegar in ChimiChurri sauce as it tastes super. We are now totally spoiled .Thanks,

I have looked years to get both a marinade and rub of Churrasco steak both exciting, both knock out dead tasty.

    great recipe.

thank you millions, now I have more friends in beef!

  • it should be called epicuriou's around the "americanaized" world in 80 dishes

  • she is cutting it like if it was filet mignon lol what a complete disaster.

  • by the way i never was a churrasco going to the oven, im from uruguay and lived in argentina for 3 years, ok now for the churrasco:

heat a fry pan with some olive oil while you add salt to the meat, fry it uncovered, turn it , let it fry, take it off the heat, let it rest for 2 minutes, add chimichurry, eat it lick your fingers, tell your friends. thats how you make real churrasco.

  • man what the hell is this? this is not churrasco y bet she learned how to make argentinian churrasco from a mexican... CHIMICHURRY: 2/3 cup olive oil 1 cup of boiling wate 4 garlic cloves chopped 3 tablespoons of oregano 3 piches of salt (be generous) 1tablespoon of paprica 4 tablespoon white wine vinegar mix all the the ingredients but the olive oil on a small bowl, then ad the boiling water, mix well and let it rest for about 7 minutes then add the olive oil, mix sell again and let it rest
  • Tried it tonight jsut as instructed and Colombian wife was amazed at on of her faves.

Thank you veru Mucho ,I got a kiss from this one! XX00

  • you forgot to eat it with chimichurri you missed the flavor

  • Churrasco ? Where ? Gringo only know eat hambuguer and french frites !!!!!

    Horrible.....

  • That's not Argentinan chimichurry!!!! I'm not saying this is not going to be yummy, but definitely it is not original chimichurry

  • It is an invent it isn't chimichurri you must add the chimichurri sauce directly to the meat and you must use charcoal not the stove liar!!!!!!!

  • @garjas1 Yes it can be done that way too and we have a gas grill & lava rocks who cares it melts n yer Boca!

    Jimmy usa gringo!

  • @jwswans look if you're cooking some argentine dish it must be original otherwise its an invention ok?

  • @garjas1 Yes it can be done that way too and we have a gas grill & lava rocks who cares it melts n yer Boca!

we wven dump thw Chim on after .Different parts of Spanish world substitute by need other iols vinigers even lemon juice but this does work well with baked Papa Tostonis,Rice and Red Beans,Empanads.
