  • When a machine went down at the plant I was Maintenance supervisor for don't think for a min we had time to put on all that gear even if we had have had it.The Higher ups wanted it running yesterday !!!!! All we could do was the lockout tag out and pray.So I guess welcome to the real world Guys & Gals .Or Rewire a 400 HP Electric Motor in the middle of a lightning storm on a outside metal platform for fun.Nothing like it to get the old heart pumping.
