No dude I was there in 1996/1997, the continual delays killed it, the release rate for titles was poor, it couldn't match the Playstation for adult content and showed rather quickly the limitations of the cartridge.
Some good games on it, but I know I thought it a disappointment within a year, in the end it died a slow death.

The Wii as of now has sold 44.95 million copies so far, compared to the Xbox 360 28 million copies and 21 million copies for the Playstation 3. If the Wii continue at this rate, it will defindently win the console war in sales, if not in quality. And yes, I think the Wii is a great console.

Plus The Conduit is coming (I think it was up for a May release :/) I wish Nintendo would bring Japan only Wii games overseas cause some of them look awesome like Tatsunoko VS Capcom.

xbox 360: 8/10 Good game selection, better online (but for a cost),better controller IMO, and alot of people have it so its easy if i want to find one of my friends online. Also cheaper games than PS3.
PS3: 7/10 Free online, best graphics, but very expensive system + games.
WII: 4/10 Theres nothing really next gen about the wii they just took a gamecube and added a new controller.

When you look at it like this it's ttrue that the PS3 was spelling it's own doom from the start. Plus Nintendo is selling welll because it appeals too everyone who doesnt play games. Then when they start to realease hard core games then the casual gamers who have wii's can start to try out hardcore gaming for themselves. Thus they can rake in even more sales. So nintendo is just trying to make a buck in the end.

I never did understand the console wars. It's like a bunch of fanboys pissing and moaning about which one is better...They are just consoles that play games. Their for fun and a good way to kill some time when you got nothing better to do, not to compare with and fight about. The console thing is mostly based on what you like. I have a Wii and I like the system. Sure it lacks a big library of Hardcore stuff but This year it'll change. I have a list of upcoming games I got a game stop and a lot of them seem like good games. Plus The Conduit is coming (I think it was up for a May release :/) I wish Nintendo would bring Japan only Wii games overseas cause some of them look awesome like Tatsunoko VS Capcom.

i own a 360 and all my friends who own a ps3 bitch on about how crap the xbox is and how amazing the ps3 is. They both have strong points and weaknesses. ps online is free but xbox live is much better thats why it costs.
ps3 has some good games and so does the xbox.
i will never buy a ps3 simply because the amount of games it has sucks.. sure you have mgs4 and little big planet and resistance 2

xbox 360: 8/10 Good game selection, better online (but for a cost),better controller IMO, and alot of people have it so its easy if i want to find one of my friends online. Also cheaper games than PS3.
PS3: 7/10 Free online, best graphics, but very expensive system + games.
WII: 4/10 Theres nothing really next gen about the wii they just took a gamecube and added a new controller.
