The Bass player was born to Play Crusader music! That is Joe Sample's son Nick Sample. Saw the original Jazz Crusaders with Wayne Henderson on Trombone, no offense to this guy but he is not Wayne. Wilton was there but Stix stayed home, no offense to Steve Gadd, but he's no Stix! Seeing these childhood friends share an important part of American music and culture! "Snooze Jazz" as Wayne put it just doesn't have the Funk! My Music Bucket List is now complete!
