Thank Robert. I'm going thru a painful and brutal divorce now and wished I could find more tapping on dealing with the pains and anxiety on youtube. I understand yet don't understand the concept. My gut hurts 24/7 and find this divorce very hard to deal with. I thought after 6 months that it would get better but it just seems to get worse.I hate what it's doing to our kids and my soon to be x is just livin it up and nothing bothers her. Hey Robert... Another really great video with fantastic specific pointers which are so helpful. By the by, I love the REAL FUR too (always buy from reputable sources which guarantees more humane practices) There is nothing like real fur to keep you at the perfect temperature! As for your no BS approach, Here's a saying my friend uses..."Take what you like, leave the rest, if I say something that offends you... you'll get over it." :) I recommend you all the time. I used to deliberately embarrass my daughters when they were pre-teens by doing a few dance steps in the grocery store for the security cameras. A couple years ago I danced flat out in a Walmart side lot to a favorite song. My youngest (now 22) and her boyfriend loved it and she taped it on her phone although I didn't know it while it was going on. Thankfully she hit delete when she thought she hit save or she'd have uploaded it to Facebook as soon as I opened my account. **whew!**
