Go to amazon and search for adventure medical kits. They also have skin staplers you can use to close up deep cuts.

the two hand knot is different then shown. fyi. This first knot in the video is a hybrid between a two hand throw and a one hand throw. Plus the alternating hands and throw directions arent articulated.
