I decided to make an appointment with Integrated Health to see if they could help me with my headaches I have suffered with all my life. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's over a year ago. I was tired all the time, had brain fog, short term memory loss, and I was labeled as "slow" at work. At Dr. Steadman's office, blood work was done to determine my health, along with stool and saliva testing. I was given a comprehensive evaluation and put on an elimination diet. I would say that before my time with Dr. Steadman that I was functioning at about 40-50% and now I am functioning at about 80-90%.  I have renewed energy and joy!
