I am curious about two things: When she says this is "pure oxygen" what does she mean? Is it O2? or something other compound? Does putting pure oxygen on the skin actually help, or is it a myth?

if i was going to do this at home, would i need to do a clay mask as well afterwards? or is the oxygen mask sufficient on its own?
