oh yeah and when you are recording full screen you can just simply hit f3 to pause and f3 to resume again so when you are done recording you don't have to hit f2 and then go to full screen option again, all though it will all be on one clip
just to let everyone know i'm using windows movie maker, nothing special. i wana find something with a lot of cool effects or do the effects better, i'm goan start trying when i get new footage but kinna stumped right now on what to film
but start x and y should be 0 width for mine is 1280, and hight is 800 i hit f2 then go to full screen on runescape, and i just edit it out, it's Kinna pain each time but worth it =)

go to your tools option in the game and the third button near the top should make it like that.
