Is this clip taken from Steven Rick's excellent videos from back in the 90's? If so, are they available on DVD?

Nice one it's great isn't it! We used to live over at Barmouth and used to sail out there every Sunday Morning before lunch.
There's nowhere quite like it anywhere else I don't think. It's odd to think that the village is but a hotel these days.
