Voltron, Ronin Warriors, Dragon Ball Z, Ghost Busters, TMNT, Original Looney Toons, 90's batman, Gargoyles, Bobby's World, Dark Wing Duck, Tailspin, Ren & Stimpy... and the list goes on and on and on. In the 90's we had the best cartoons of the 60's to the 90's. Now days, it's hard to find any cartoon on TV past 2002.

I found out why we don't have a lot of cartoons like this, anymore. It's because of the telecommunications act of 199?. Basically, it says that cartoons has to be "educational informational". That's why we've seen a lot less cartoons now and day, with less action. In essence, it has to be family friendly. Simply put, that act censored cartoons.

@CenobiteVictim In the 90's, most cartoons followed a format...have like 5 heroes. Each guy has a different power/color/weapon (Delete as applicable) and they each have their own vehicle. AND IT WORKED VERY WELL!!! Also, the 90's were before everything had to be racially correct....back then you didn't have to have a person of every race on the show so no one got offended and said the show's creators were being racist. Captain Planet had multi-cultural kids, but it was part of the storyline.

@CenobiteVictim I agree, I did some research and the reason why we have sucky cartoons like "Chowder." is because a few concerned mothers went to congress and moaned that cartoons were too violent, and the Edicational Informative Animation act or law was created, the mandate says that any broadcast provider's cartoons has to abide by the EIA rules. which is why some of the good stuff is only in cable.
