It's apparent you've got no knowledge in the field of code development for the PSP. For this I LOL at you. Decrypting the codes? Are you kidding me? This is direct RAM modification after examining what's known as a memory dump. You don't "decrypt" the codes, but rather you use experience to map different portions of memory. Ever heard of MIPS? Probably not, so sit down.
