This was my wedding waltz in 1984 and then as a DJ I played it quite a few times as a wedding waltz before it became a #1 hit. I also loved the B side of this song called "Crazy without you" You can it on Youtube. Thanks for posting this vid and all the comments regarding the history and what happened to the members after.

@JackSparrowsDaughter You're right, like our description says it was originally released in 1983 but didn't crack the Top 40 until it was re-released in 1989 when it hit #1

Fantastic work ... this might as well become the official video in the absence of one from Sheriff. Most fan-made videos are found wanting, but this one lives up to the standards of the music. I'd put this one on the playlist if I ever get around to getting married ... superlative video and great asset to YouTube.

@nightowl8936 Very kind words thank you. We love the song and it's on our Top Ten Wedding songs of the 1980's but we couldn't find a good HQ video for the song. All of the couples depicted are from actual wedding photos from around the world. We really enjoyed making the video.
