As a Latter-Day Saint, this sounds like a misunderstanding of what "Only Begotten" means. LDS believe that Jesus is the Only Begotten of God in the FLESH. LDS believe Jesus is the Firstborn (Hebrews 12:23) spiritually and that all of humankind, including Lucifer (Isaiah 14:12), are created by God and therefore spirit children of God. (Psalms 82:6) Even if a child is disowned by his parents, his DNA does not change. I don't feel this attack on Mormon beliefs is inspired by the Holy Spirit.

So: Joseph Smith lied. Later, some men made up some documents and sold them to Smith as real ancient papyri. Smith also translated those as if they were real.

You have a terribly deficient knowledge of the LDS texts, we are all the brothers and sisters of Jesus Christ.
Christ is the Only Begotten Son of God, which as the word beget implies means to be brought into creation by the process of reproduction.
Since Christ is the only spirit child of God to also be conceived by the power of God, he is the Only Begotten.
For you to be correct, the scriptures would say Christ is the Only Son of God not the Only Begotten Son of God.

@KnowJesusKnowPeace When Jesus died on the cross he was the son of man, the son of Mary his mother, the son of God. So who died on the cross? was it God, who alone is undying-1Ti 6:16 Who only hath immortality(athanasia-undying)..The bible does not lie Lucifer was a son of God before he sinned against his father God, Jesus too was the son of God before and after Lucifer sinned, so what does that make them? they both were sons of the one God, their father.

@Ojenroc1978 See the link in the information below the video. That is a long list of Mormons calling Satan also a "son of the morning," and "a spirit son of God".
You are saying that you believe in the Jesus of whom Luke wrote. So, why do you still claim to be "Mormon"?

I don`t think I understand.. That`s what the book of Abraham teaches? About Jesus havign a "brother"?? I thought it was about Abraham specifically. I agree with what you taught, I don`t think Satan has any relation to anyone in particular, except he was the most beautiful and powerful *(fallen) angel* god had created.

@TrunkMonkey3000 My understanding is that Smith translated this book from some Egyptian documents using a magic rock while staring into a black hat holding the papers. Later, those same papers were translated by a professional Egyptologist. They are instructions on the embalming process.
So: Joseph Smith lied. Later, some men made up some documents and sold them to Smith as real ancient papyri. Smith also translated those as if they were real.
