It's the effects of a polarized filter being rotated rapidly in front of the camera lens - hence the reflections of the water and sun rapidly nulling out and parts of the sky deepening in blue. The rest of the scenery remains relatively unchanged in brightness and contrast during these transistions.

Was it windy that day? that could just be the wind and tide causing these patterns although i'll admit that it is strange that it covers such large amounts of land in such a uniform manner, very similar indeed to the scalar waves you see in the sky. Could just be natural too though, i've seen stuff like this before. The thing i'm really curious about is whether the wind was blowing when you filmed those ripples on the water in that pool, because if that wasn't wind then it was certainly scalar

Rather than at the ground but perhaps the shooter was in shock to what they're witnessing. Don't assume what you don't know about me. Ripples in the sand seem to be from low tide. I don't see them moving. The kids come to the lil pool of water left from high tide & don't seem to be hysterically screaming. Just need better evidence.

Wrong. Look carefully. The "cameras brightness" doesn't change at all. Only specific parts of the image.

It is obvious that no electronic camera settings were changed at all, nor any postproduction.

Look at 1:54 and how the reflections on the exposed ripples change yet the ripples under water experience no change, yet further away the reflectivity of the water surface changes.

Legion has provided more than enough information for you to work out why the video shows the things it does

Worried? I had to edit out the intense screaming from the children or the video would have been to distressing for most people to watch.

Look at the children running in terror from the waves as the haarp attack starts, wondering why the sea reflectivity was changing!

Look at the adults frozen in fear on the sand, too scared to move.

Look at the poor children trying to dig into the sand for protection as no haarp -proof bunkers were available!
