@littlehouse15 Yeah, sadly this was all. I had to report to my convention volunteer shift, so I had to leave the panel early. I really wanted to check it out though, so I stayed and filmed for as long as me and my camera battery could!
I was fortunate to be at that panel, and i am very pleased that I was. I was even able to voice my opinion about how a particular episode impacted my views of an often talked about moral question. Very satisfying.
I referenced the episode of DS9 "In The Pale Moonlight" where Sisco had to undermine his basic principles, like condoning murder, in order to convince the Romulans to enter the Dominion War.
The question "Do the ends justify the means?" was a moral question i had only heard the negative answer to until i saw that episode. it really impacted me.
oh how cool. Is this all of the talk that you were able to film? I really wish they'd put out the recordings of her earlier talk.
