You Don't divide the bronchus before checking it (to make sure that you have clamped the rite bronchus) by asking the anesthetist to re-inflate the lung. You should explain this before cutting the bronchus.

Where is the heart?
it may sound stupid, sorry, i'm just a 13 year old kid, all my family are surgeons and i'm fascinated by it so i'm researching procedures, and i just can't see the heart between the lungs.

You are watching only one emithorax, so you see only one lung. The hearth is behind it.

@valjean9863 The heart is behind our ribs (They're part of the bones which cover the heart & lungs.).
