Might have been a little more useful and interesting if we knew more about what was going on. When did this take place? Who is the questioner? What is the questioner specifically asking about? None of this is clear from the exchange. The title refers to 9 Trillion, but the discussion refers to 2 Trillion. While $2 trillion is a lot, the $7 trillion difference between the title and discussion is way, way more. It all makes me very skeptical.

This is the money from the bailouts and why our country is falling to shit..
