He does not specifically say anything. It's just a random scream he made up in between. It's the same thing everytime... it just basically goes something like "EEeeeoyyoh-aoyeaaa-from-aroun­dyour-faaaace." I think he's almost makes it seem like he is screaming about something related to the subject of the song "you look you rented a smile from someone, but you rented the wrong size, take it back" so he rented a face with a smile... referring to why it sounds like that in the scream.
