how do you fill the kegs up with water once the beer is emptied out???? im dying to try it so i went to my local beer wholesaler and he told me it is impossible to refill a keg with water....if you know please please email me how

You just need to take off the top, then fill it with water(and lead weights if you want it over 160 pounds). Then just put the top back on it.
Do a google search on how to empty a keg, there should be a few good results.

haha, Yea, it's been a while since we have played BB on that court.
I did not like the way of racking the bar on the shoulders, continental is kinda... clumsy.
