if you can/if your parents approve, go to a few plastic surgeons and compare how well they are, and how much you have to pay. that's what i did. i'm also 14, and i'm getting a rhinoplasty this summer. if you have a slight breathing problem, insurance is gonna pay for like half of it which is awesome but if it's just for beauty purposes you have to pay full price.

hi dr. lam, i recently had my tip and my bridge done with a pretty well known surgeon who claims to have expertise in asian cosmetics and i'm not very satisifed with the results, although the tip looks real nice. he made my bridge start too high, right between the eyes. how soon can i get do revision, perhaps take out the implant or maybe slide it down lower. thanks.

i am 40, and have always wanted a nose job, but never went out and actually had it done. It takes a while to save up $5000.00, but i am in one of those phases again where i tell myself to save, save, save until i can get the surgery done. Is 40 a good age to have the surgery done? I know i should have done it earlier in life, as it would have been a life-changing experience.

any age is okay. whenever you are ready. obviously, the younger you do it, the more years you have to enjoy it. my cost is closer to $7500 including facility and anesthesia fees but we offer low interest financing too.

I have had my nose fixed after an accident. The surgery was great. everyone keeps asking if it hurt, but as far as i was concerned, i went to sleep, woke up with bandages on my face etc, and after a week of being waited on hand an foot, i had the bandaged removed. the only drawback was the sticky stuff from the plaster across my nose wouldnt come off with a single wash. changed my life an now its great :)
