as a former gymnast, and now gymnastics coach, this is pitiful. truly horrible. Firstly, the back tuck wasn't even good.. and secondly, you just gave all of youtube instructions on how to break their neck. Take this off, this is just sad...

@that007guy i saw you trying some once, i think it was in a video. your biggest problem was that you were jumping backwards, not up to do it. you have to jump straight up to land it properly
