    Have you ever heard of wind? Yes, the exchange of air between areas with different air pressure levels. It tends to move things, does it not? Well, maybe, just maybe, the leaves were moving the way they were because of the wind blowing steadily in the same direction.

    As for the clouds not moving - they are very far away and appear to be moving in so slow a manner that in a short span of time they would appear to not be moving at all.

    Absolutely wrong there buddy; it's an early advanced-level bodyweight conditioning exercise AT BEST, and even I can do it bent-legged without practising for it at all, but only after doing other strength sports.

  • @CleverDjembe Well i still say you're just being humble :) cause they have a set guiness world record for the person who can hold that position the longest even. That means its gotta be pretty extreme. Really i bet there are only a few hundred people even strong enough to even get into the human flag much less do push ups in them :) if you think aobut the extremity of this workout and its details you get: 1 you have to hold up your body weight horizontally suspended in the air only from yourgrip

    I figured if you've ever tried a flag before, you'd know what it isn't and what it CERTAINLY ain't - which is "some of the hardest and most physically challenging things humans can do with their body". That would be eg. planche pushups, squatting or 1000lbs or Maltese on the rings in gymnastics.

  • actually pushups are easier once you can flag because your muscles are not made for keeping static.

    one example: try to kick your leg up straight and see how far you get.. after that lift your leg slowly up.. you will see the difference :D

  • its still in the abs. i can straight leg it, but its easier when you spread your legs. i use dpread leg just to practice.

  • this is mostly your abs. once you have a tight grip and lock in your arms then you can do it.
