Why are people always surprised Disney made videos like this? Everybody makes propaganda cartoons during war, and the Swastika and Nazi's werent seen as some ultimate evil in the 40's, they were just seen as the enemy, so depicting Nazi soldiers wasnt offensive to anyone.
