It's an inside joke. I have a little son. He is 2 years old now. One of the first words he could say was about my hat. He could not pronounce it well. (Also not in Dutch) so he called it : Heck. In Dutch it is : hoed

So everybody at that time was talking about dadies heck. It was a lovely in our language.
