okay here is what you do,

your have to download a diffrent custom firmware call 5.50 Gen-A

That version will let you sign into the playstation store place,

It really easy to install on your psp,

its like a normal psp update.

Just look up a tutorial vid on youtube and they should give you a link on where to get the file.
