I can't yet seem to combo anything off of his b+1, 2, f+1. I've been trying to follow up with a tk lift, but my opponent is always out of range for it. Is it even possible to follow that up with anything other than a telepunch?

unfortunaly because of the patch update some combos don't do the same amount of damage.

i mad a combo from ermac myself preety usefull

jump in punch,B1,1,4,DB1,jump kick,DB4,dash,2,x-ray

its a 13 hit midscreen combo that does 58% damage and i did it recently so it can be used in online matches

can someone translate the letters to buttons? i'm a bit new to fighter games other than street fighter and this game is a different beast with a different naming system. I really enjoy playing as ermac and this would be very helpful if someone could send me a link or a way to understand the codes and gamer language like db4, b1, j2, i get throws and ex and tele or lift thats easy, but the number letter combos i don't quite get.

For some reason when I am doing something for example. I do for starting triangle, triangle then I want to do levitation but instead I get the force ball even thought my combination was D, B square.

Does anyone knows why is this?

@julianmot The combo system is extremely lenient, maybe a bit TOO lenient. You don't necessarily have to press special move combinations in the right order during a combo - for example you can press 2, 2, Down+Back, and a fireball will still come out even though you did Down+Back last. It takes some practice to get used to.

I have this happen to me sometimes too... you get it if you press Triangle 3 times instead of 2... if you press: Triangle, Triangle, Triangle, Down, Back... it'll do the combo you said with the force ball... make sure you only tap triangle twice, and then do back, down, square.
