Dr. Blaylock has a special Healing touch. She can move extremely fast like any other Healing touch but also she could increase the patients' vitals automatically if she gets a good, ok, or cool. Didn't you see the battery like thing next to the vital heart symbol?

Dr. Blaylock only makes the vitals freeze. It won't lower, and it won't go higher too. If you want to know who possesses that "increases vitals," it's Dr. Kimishima (Weaver) from SO.

dude, thats dr weavers healing touch from SO. Blaylocks HT is called anestiesia. It temporarily stabalizes the vitals so you wont have to worry when there are too many lacerations. Also, once er healing touch ends, the paitient gets a prety good vital boost depending on how many injuries u treat
