Dear God, how much documented footage does there have to be before ANYONE from the USDA or any branch of our so called gov. sees the horrific abuse of these magnificent animals. It has been YEARS of everyone seeing this treatment, why hasn't the USDA ever seen anything? So many citations from 1 circus & no one gets it? What has the human race turned into? Hope all USDA gets what is coming to them.
There is a right way, and a wrong way, to use the bull hook. This video shows all the wrong ways, and does not show how it should be used. It makes me sad to see these elephants being misstreated like this, but you should know also, that not all animal trainers are like this. These are clips of people who should not be allowed to care for animals at all.

Yeah, in fact, people at animal sanctuary places use the bullhook to nudge at the ellies, like when they need to lead them somewhere, but not to beat them...

Collars are good to use in public areas with dogs....but you dont see me dragging my dog down the street by its leash --- But some people do abuse their dogs and I've seen instances where they outgrow their leash and their flesh is forced to grow around the old leash, cutting into them.
Never listen to anything promoted by PETA....they are just crazies and use propaganda
PETA may push the point in a forceful way, but they are trying to acheive good things and if you are going to say bad things about them, that doesnt say good things about you..

There's a right way to use a bullhook and a wrong way to use one. A bullhook should be used as a guide along with positive reinforcement and nothing else. These assholes don't have a clue about proper elephant management and shouldn't be allowed near elephants (or other animals) again!
get rid of the zoos of course why do want animals in cages give back the land to nature we are distroying the planet, and all animals in zoos and the like are toutoured every time we take an animal in to captivity we encourage others to clear rain forest and jungle
No, zoos are good for animals and preserving species...plus its fun for the whole family. I disagree with you on this one. Animals are not tortured in zoos.
tourits have to stop going to these shows at home or when traveling go to see elephantnaturpark in Thialand chaing mai to see how elephants have suffered and the only person a woman called tek is doing anything about it elephants there are living out the rest of their lives in peace, with broken backs or blind from the owners or broken legs from being hit by a car when begging on the street you can volunteer here elephants roam free all day every day
